Who uses this app

Mott Marketing is a private tool for an authorised Mott operator to prepare, review and schedule business content, and organise assisted Facebook group sharing. It is not a customer shopping account or the Mott store checkout.

Information held in the studio

The app holds the operator account identity and session information, product references, creative briefs, source links, approvals, schedules, configured group details and publication records. Uploaded finished media is kept in private studio storage; content deliberately published or shared is then visible according to the destination platform.

Supabase provides the operator sign-in service. The app uses session cookies for sign-in. When a provider is connected, the server stores its connection details and encrypted access credentials so it can carry out authorised work. Those credentials are not displayed in the public pages.

Connected services

Canva can receive approved design text and imagery for design and export work. Meta can receive approved content and media for the selected Facebook Page. If an AI drafting service such as OpenAI is configured, it receives relevant brief, product and source context to suggest creative content. These services are optional until connected and have their own privacy terms and account controls.

The studio is hosted on OVHcloud. Hosting, authentication and connected providers may process technical request information and maintain their own operational records. The Squarespace/Ecwid store and its checkout are separate systems; this app does not manage customer payment details.

Store-link counts

Campaign placement links record aggregate request counts and redirect to the verified Mott store destination. These counts are not unique shoppers and can include previews or automated requests. The studio does not build customer profiles from this counter. This is separate from any information processed by the hosting service, Facebook or the store itself.

Retention, access and deletion

Business drafts, media and operational records are retained while needed in the studio or until removed following review. There is no automatic expiry promise for all records. Database and media backups can contain older copies; a deletion request includes consideration of those copies and any independently required records.

Disconnecting a provider removes the active local credentials and pauses dependent use, but is not a request to erase every stored creative or a way to delete an already published Facebook post. An already transmitted request cannot be recalled by disconnecting.

To request access, correction or deletion, use the data deletion instructions. We will verify the request and explain its scope, progress and any records that cannot appropriately be removed. Never send passwords, access tokens or verification codes.
